FAQ

What is your minimum order quantity and lead time?

Our standard MOQ is 500 units per model, and typical lead time is 14adys after order confirmation. OEM customization orders may require additional time for sample approval. Contact us for a quotation based on your model and quantity.

Do you offer OEM or ODM service?

Yes. As a factory-direct manufacturer, SigmaWit offers OEM/ODM covering three areas: software customization (logos, device names, report branding), packaging customization (manuals, boxes, labels in your brand), and calibration certificate customization. From drawing confirmation to signed samples, the typical process is: you fill in our customization form, our factory produces the artwork, you approve the sample, and mass production follows.

Can I set my own alarm thresholds for a specific temperature range?

Yes. Alarm limits are user-configured on every logger family — upper and lower temperature thresholds, and alarm indicators when readings go out of range. This is typically used to enforce ranges such as 2–8°C for pharmaceuticals or 0–4°C for fresh produce, and the settings are made via the device, app or PC software depending on the model.
Q11. Do you provide calibration certificates with your data loggers?
Yes, calibration certificates are available. This supports customers in pharmaceutical and food logistics who need documented evidence of sensor accuracy.

How do I read the temperature data after a shipment is complete?

It depends on the product family. USB loggers: plug the device into any computer and the trip report is generated automatically, which can be saved and shared as a file. Bluetooth loggers: connect to the mobile app to view and export data. WiFi and 4G loggers (WLogmp / GLogs series): data is uploaded to the cloud during transit, so you can monitor shipments in real time without touching the device.

Can the temperature unit be switched between Celsius and Fahrenheit?

Yes. On models such as the WLogmp2, the display and reports can be switched between °C and °F, so the same device can serve both metric and imperial markets.

Can recording start with a delay, so the logger only begins after departure?

Yes. Start delay is fully configurable. On the WLogmp2 it can be set from 0 to 1,440 minutes (24 hours) directly on the device. Our USB data loggers support start delays of up to 30 days, configured through the free PC software — no firmware change is required.

How many data points can a logger record, and how long can it keep recording?

Storage capacity on the WLogmp2 is up to 28,672 data points. The recording interval is configurable from 5 to 1,440 minutes, which allows recording durations from 1 to 360 days on a single deployment. Shorter intervals give you more detail; longer intervals extend the total recording time.

What temperature range and accuracy do SigmaWit loggers support?

Most models measure from -30°C to 70°C (-22°F to 158°F). Taking the WLogmp2 WiFi data logger as an example: accuracy is ±0.5°C within 20–40°C and ±1°C across the rest of the range, with an external temperature sensor on a 1 m probe. Different models offer different ranges — check each product page or contact us for the specification sheet.

Can your data loggers be used in dry ice or ultra-low temperature shipments?

Yes. Our IULogs ultra-low temperature loggers are designed for deep-frozen logistics such as dry ice shipping. The exact measurement range differs by model —-80°C. Contact us with your target temperature range and we will recommend the matching model.

Which logger is recommended for vaccine transportation?

For vaccine shipments, we recommend the GLogs1 4G real-time data logger when live location and temperature monitoring is required, or a single-use ULogs logger for standard one-way shipments where a downloadable report is sufficient. Both support user-configured alarm thresholds, so the 2–8°C range commonly required for vaccine cold chain can be set before departure.
